Custom Creations by Drea – Refund & Return Policy

All items from Custom Creations by Drea are custom-made to order. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for confirming all customization details (names, spelling, colors, sizes, and designs) before submitting their order. No changes can be made once production begins.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. If approved, a replacement (not a refund) will be issued.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
