By placing an order with Custom Creations by Drea, you agree to the following terms.

All products are custom-made to order. Full payment is required at checkout and all sales are final.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all customization details (including spelling, colors, sizes, and designs) before submitting an order. No changes can be made once production begins.

Production and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Custom Creations by Drea is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo documentation. If approved, a replacement will be issued at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided.

All designs, images, and content are the property of Custom Creations by Drea and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
