All items from Custom Creations by Drea are custom-made to order.

Production Time

Production time is 7–14 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the item and order volume. Production time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Additional Shipping Information

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses or for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
